REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Project management or higher
• 3 years of Project Management Experience in Software Development
• Certified Scrum Master certification is advantageous
• Deep understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Carry out projects, broad in nature, from beginning to end in coordination with internal and external contacts.
• Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills to prioritize, coordinate activities, manage conflicting needs, and deal with many issues at one time.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Regional or Global experience is a plus.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the release process are executed correctly.
