Job Details Job Location: Corporate - Greeley, CO 80631 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $102,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary/year Qualifications Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The IT PM will oversee projects such as system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, application development, and integration initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; create detailed project plans and schedules. Communicate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors; manage expectations and ensure transparency. Track project budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources efficiently. Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, status reports, and executive dashboards. Coordinate testing activities, validate deliverables, and ensure compliance with standards. Manage & procurement of third-party vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements. Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate; lead ceremonies and enforce governance. Access & Privilege Constraints Changes to system configurations must follow change management and be executed by authorized personnel. Project Manager role focuses on coordination and governance, not hands-on technical administration. Security, Compliance & Safety Ensure all projects comply with CP security policies and regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR as applicable). Follow change management and incident response processes. Protect sensitive data and maintain confidentiality throughout project lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments, previous project management is a plus. Certifications: PMP, or Agile/Scrum preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud platforms, networking, and application development. Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in system integrations, data migration, and cybersecurity projects. Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management. Exposure to regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). Shift & Coverage Standard business hours with flexibility for project cutovers, maintenance windows, and critical issue escalations. Performance Metrics On-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects. Positive stakeholder feedback and adoption of delivered solutions. Reduction in project risks and improved governance compliance.
