WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. Degree is not required if demonstrated tracked record with related industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (e.g., data analyst, process analyst or Implementation consultant), preferably in real estate or financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, Project Management or similar certifications a plus
  • Experience working with a real estate ERP (MRI, Yardi or RealPage) and other ancillary systems used in real estate or finance domain.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with data extraction / analysis tools like SQL, Tableau or Power BI.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio).
  • Experience with MS Power platform, Airtable, Zapier or other low code platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of this role is to be the liaison between stakeholders and driving alignment in interests, priorities, expectations, and execution. This role must deliver projects within budget and on-time. This role is also responsible for driving adoption and continuity in systems.

PRIMARY ROLE:

Project Management & Change Leadership•

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, align system functionalities with business goals, and drive user adoption.
  • Analyze ROI of projects and make recommendations to leadership on prioritization of resources for projects.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to deliver projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Create project plans and track in Monday.com or similar; facilitate communication between business users, application vendors, consultants and IT support teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor progress on initiatives, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Co-ordinate and run user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet requirements and resolve issues before going live with system implementations.
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations by monitoring and reporting project results which includes developing clear communication processes to keep parties informed.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, use cases, process flows and test scripts. Build templates for the above project artifacts.
  • Build awareness to user groups and use proven change management strategies to drive adoption.
  • Create structure and process for project management that is repeatable and streamlined. Ensure adherence to standards and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
