QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field, along with 2-4 years of experience is required.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams toward project completion.
    Hybrid Remote Ohio: Crown offers mostly remote work for this position. A reasonable driving commute is necessary since some onsite work is required.

Responsibilities
  • Document project scope and requirements.
  • Track project timelines, budget expenses, and milestones against established project plan.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate changes to project definitions.
  • Notify management of projects off track or in jeopardy of failure.
  • Use communication tools such as project scorecards, status reports, email, and live updates to communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion.
  • Work with department managers to create formal project plans.
  • Define project objectives, document required resources, and project timelines with milestones.
  • Identify and communicate project dependencies and critical path elements in order to minimize risks.
  • Conduct project postmortems in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Use findings to create recommendations in order to improve department delivery record.
