Job Description We are currently looking for Project Manager (Digital Transformation and Strategy) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry. Demonstrated ability in leading strategic and operational project planning and execution. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and project management skills. Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Knowledge of up-to-date project management techniques and industry best practices. Responsibilities: implement a bank-wide project management philosophy by ensuring the consistent use of tools, processes, and methodologies across all functions. They will define clear project objectives, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management. Additionally, the Project Manager will integrate industry best practices, work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
