What you will do: Support the planning, execution, and closing of projects from initiation through to completion. Assist in developing project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in developing solutions to mitigate delays. Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Organise and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on open tasks. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient collaboration and ensure a smooth project execution. What you will bring: Essential A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A hands-on, proactive approach to managing projects and driving results. Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and documentation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Be able to handle multiple projects at once. Personal qualities and behavioural traits Strong Communication Skills Attention to detail Team-Player Adaptability / Flexibility Positive Attitude Desirable Hands-on and support the IT team or senior stakeholders where needed. Bonus points if you also have: Certification in Project Management. Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
