Description IT Project Manager Reports to: Director – Technology Projects Location: Plano Company Description Edge is a provider of premium networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed IT systems and services. Position Description Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades of customer solutions such as servers, switches, firewalls, PBX, LAN, and Wi-Fi and associated support services. Primary Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously. Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and budget. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership. Requirements Other Responsibilities · Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with the internal subject matter experts and customer · Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Required Skills & Experience 2 years project management experience. 3 years experience with Edge’s categories of business technology. Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical, and assertive. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
