Description Job Type: Full-time, Exempt Position Summary The IT Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects for Entech clients and internal teams. This role ensures projects — including network upgrades, cloud migrations, hardware deployments, and security initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience in MSP environments or IT project delivery, who can manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive project success. Why Entech? Key Responsibilities Lead IT infrastructure projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics Serve as the main point of escalation for project-related issues Maintain project documentation, reports, and client communications Identify process improvements and implement standardized project management best practices Conduct post-project reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured Ensure all projects comply with Entech HIPAA and Information Security policies Qualifications 5+ years managing IT projects or programs, preferably in MSP or technology services Experience delivering network infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint deployment projects Proficient with project management tools such as ConnectWise, MS Project, or similar Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification Prior experience leading teams of engineers and IT coordinators Additional Requirements Valid Florida Driver’s License Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed Benefits: Free Employee Medical Insurance Additional Employer Paid Medical Options Fully Vested 401(k) Match Flexible Time Off (an unlimited amount of paid time off days) Free $10,000 Life Insurance Policy Six Paid Holidays – PLUS Black Friday!
