POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in ERP implementation to lead the successful deployment and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with significant leadership in full-cycle ERP projects From planning and vendor selection to go-live and post-implementation support. Prior experience implementing Sage X3 or similar ERP platforms in manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS & PROCESS MAPPING:

· Work closely with business users to gather and validate ERP system requirements.
· Translate operational processes into system requirements to drive ERP system configuration and customization.
· Ensure ERP functionality aligns with strategic goals, particularly in a manufacturing and food production context.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
· PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
· Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with demonstrated leadership in ERP implementation.
· Proven success implementing and customizing ERP systems, preferably Sage X3.
· Experience in manufacturing or food production environments is preferred.
· Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent ERP or IT projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,887.00 - $145,000.00 per year
