Expedient is hiring an IT Project Manager, Premier Delivery. This position will be the primary contact for Expedient clients subscribing to the Premier Care enhanced service experience. This position will ensure that assigned clients receive a high level of engagement during implementation of services both in frequency and method of communication.
The services that you will deliver to Expedient clients include cloud solutions, data protection services, managed security and network services, colocation and other complementary services.
Success in this role is measured through client satisfaction surveys and relies heavily on the candidate’s ability to plan, communicate, and set and maintain clear expectations with both internal and external stakeholders as an advocate for client success. The prevailing candidate will embrace challenges, such as technical difficulties and misalignment of expectations, solving problems with creativity and will use their strong communication skills to interact with clients regularly.
