To strengthen our DIHK-Digital department at DIHK Service GmbH in Berlin, we are looking for an IT Project Officer (m/f/d) to plan, implement and operate digitalization and IT projects for the DIHK on a part-time or full-time basis as soon as possible.

What tasks will you be responsible for?

• They are responsible for recording, analyzing and coordinating process requirements with the various departments.
• They develop IT projects in the DIHK environment, from conception and implementation to continuous improvement.
• They are responsible for managing and coordinating internal project groups as well as external service providers.
• They contribute to driving forward digitization initiatives and cross-departmental IT projects (including Microsoft 365, infrastructure, IT services and specialist procedures).
• They create IT concepts, architectures and solution designs, coordinate these with the relevant stakeholders and support their implementation.
• They support the professional and technical coordination between the specialist departments, the IT teams and external partners, and work closely with the IT operations and IT security teams on technical and conceptual issues.
