This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, global IT projects that drive business transformation and innovation. You will report to the IT Project & Portfolio Manager and play a key role in shaping our project management office (PMO) from the ground up. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget—while meeting the highest quality standards. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on project execution, with the flexibility to contribute to business analysis, demand creation, and stakeholder engagement. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead and deliver complex global IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage project schedules, and resolve obstacles to maintain momentum. Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, timing, staffing, and risk, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO). Act as a strategic partner to the business—gathering requirements, supporting demand creation, and contributing to the development of the IT PMO. Your Background Solid experience leading large-scale IT projects in global or matrixed environments, with a strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools. Proven ability to drive business transformation and change initiatives, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable in dynamic settings, with a hands-on, flexible approach and the ability to coach others. Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Business, or Engineering) and preferably certified in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
