We are looking for a project manager (m, f, d) for the fund manager as a IT Project Manager Fund Processes Aufgaben Manage and run fund manager's portfolio projects with global projects and budget responsibility by leading meetings and workshops / Lead end-to-end projects to ensure scope and timely completion / Understanding business and solution architecture, key business projects, project requirements, scope, and deliverables were defined in collaboration with relevant stakeholders / As the main contact person and coordinator, the fund manager's business processes are developed, implemented, and tested prior to launch / Business processes that follow the target operating model are developed, implemented and tested before going live / Supporting implementation initiatives / Responsible for documenting business designs and specifications / Creating reports and management tools based on the fund manager's key business processes / Ongoing review, analysis, and optimization of fund management processes / Ensuring open and regular communication with all project participants and managing the prioritisation of requirements / Management and supervision of external IT providers, as well as project development / Ad hoc projects. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's with a focus on IT, Business Informatics, or Engineering /Project management certification required e.g. CAS, PMP, AgilePM, CSM, etc. / Project management experience in the fund industry, gained at a bank, fund management company or consultancy firm / Interest in project management methodology and practical pragmatism / Experience in project management as well as change management / Ability to moderate all kinds of topics between business and technology teams and and to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner / Well-structured analytical personality, as well as being independent and hands-on / Self-starter, networker with passion for project management / Strong communication and negotiation skills / Strong leadership skills / German and English.
