Role Overview: As an IT Project Manager supporting the Wilmar Sugar & Renewables business, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a range of IT projects, from system upgrades to new technology implementations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and excels at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience (5+ years) managing IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with SAP or Kronos systems is advantageous.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support business analysts to fulfil and translate business requirements into IT solutions aligned to the overall IT strategy
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.
