Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering digital projects,The candidate will play a key role in driving product success, ensuring smooth project execution, and enabling product adoption among end-users. Key Responsibilities: Drive product success by overseeing delivery from development to user adoption. Partner with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and gather feedback. Collaborate with product managers to facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives. Track and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are delivered on schedule. Conduct and support end-to-end systems, user acceptance, and security testing prior to release. Run user education campaigns to drive awareness and adoption post-release. Provide post-release product support and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues and bugs. Requirements Proven experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector projects. Strong background in delivering digital products end-to-end. Track record of delivering effective products within limited resources and tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including documentation, technical writing, and minute-taking. Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and persistent in driving tasks to closure. Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional.
