We are hiring an IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional projects. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, aligning projects with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

CORE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Creating detailed plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Estimating, tracking, and controlling expenditure.
  • Risk, Scope & Quality Management: Managing risks, defining scope, and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Project Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Using KPIs and metrics for tracking and decision-making
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Engaging stakeholders and leading change initiatives.
  • Decision-Making & Leadership: Making informed decisions, motivating teams, and resolving conflicts.
  • Clear Communication: Effectively sharing information with all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-7 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) required.
  • Experience with Wrike, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and process improvement experience.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience working with a tax, accounting, or advisory firm is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement project management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Lead end-to-end management of IT and business transformation projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using business analysis techniques.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and system development methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.\
  • Monitor resource allocation to maintain balanced workloads.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics using tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with technical project estimates, scope analysis, and RFP responses.
  • Create technical documentation, process diagrams, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate system changes, release planning, and change management to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage documentation for system implementation and turnover.
