Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the technical delivery of ICT projects for SWARH and member Health Services to ensure the required products are implemented and benefits are realised. The position will work closely with the key Infrastructure and Capital works staff across SWARH Alliance Health Services to define, scope, cost, quality, schedules, risk and benefits, aligned to the objectives of the project Business Cases. Facilitate effective collaboration with vendors and business stakeholders to deliver ICT enabled projects that align with SWARH and member strategies and are delivered on time and within budget and to agreed quality measures and standards
Responsibilities:
- Project Management following SWARH project management framework and governance processes to plan, document, communicate, execute and evaluate the project
- Ensure ICT component of business cases are aligned with the Information Services Strategy, ensuring any new initiatives leverage existing ICT investments
- Managing inter-project dependencies, resource demands and project priorities
- Coordinate project team members, business SME’s, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver tasks, activities, outputs and outcomes in a timely manner in accordance with project plans
- Coordinate testing of systems with clinical and technical users
- Manage risk and issue escalation and resolution
- Provide relevant input to support the demand management process
