REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 + years of IT experience, including experience in Project management.
• Managing multiple projects in parallel and managing large sized programs
• Program / project management
• Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving
• SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
• Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
• Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
• Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
• Business acumen.
• Customer relationship management.
• Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.
• Oral & written communications.
• Vendor / SLA management.
• Ability to influence.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology or MBA.

• This position is a senior IT delivery role responsible for end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.
