JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the transition of IT help desk to a new provider. This role requires strong project management skills, vendor management expertise, and experience working with executive stakeholders. Knowledge of ServiceNow and IT help desk processes is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, including IT service transitions.
  • Strong understanding of help desk operations and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
  • Background in System Integrators (SI) or large IT transitions preferred.
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

  • Manage end-to-end help desk transition project.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the new support model.
  • Drive vendor accountability while maintaining strong partnerships.
