On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager - IAM/PAM for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT PROJECT MANAGER - IAM/PAM - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Project Manager will be working on the IAM Uplift project, focusing on identity and access management for privileged access. This involves overseeing project management methodologies during all project phases, including project design, scope management, and performance reporting.

IT PROJECT MANAGER - IAM/PAM - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • PMP Certification
  • Proven experience managing waterfall/Agile projects
  • Proficiency with SharePoint/Jira and Confluence
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Strong Project Management Governance
  • Strong risk management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

IT PROJECT MANAGER - IAM/PAM – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Post-secondary education in Technology or related field
  • Prior experience using Planview or Clarity as a PPM tool
Responsibilities
  • Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope.
  • Oversee project staff, delegating work to appropriate leads.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, developing rollout plans and procedures.
  • Lead developer teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
  • Manage medium to large scale projects collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources.
