JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in complex SAP ERP implementation and infrastructure project management. This role requires a balance of expertise in technical project management, leadership, and strategic business acumen.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in IT project management infrastructure and applications, with at least 4 years focused on SAP ERP implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP systems, their implementation, and best practices.

Flexible/hybrid working, 25% travel across Europe

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, managing dependencies and interactions between projects to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments, if necessary, during the project cycle.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers, providing guidance and support in project management principles and practices.
  • Identify and manage project budget, risks, dependencies, and critical path.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
