InnoWave is looking for a IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) project for a client in the banking sector. This professional will be responsible for managing the testing activities, leading a small team, and ensuring quality delivery in a demanding and regulated environment. This is a hybrid position in Lisbon. IT Project Manager Responsibilities Lead and manage an end-to-end UAT project Coordinate and lead a team of QA professionals Plan, monitor, and control UAT activities, timelines, and deliverables Act as the main point of contact between business, QA, and technical teams Ensure test execution aligns with business requirements and quality standards Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, reporting them proactively to stakeholders Ensure compliance with processes and standards required in the banking sector Adopt a professional approach when dealing with business stakeholders and users Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and delivery processes Carry out additional duties as directed in line with business needs Skills Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or similar areas Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably in QA/UAT projects Experience managing teams and coordinating testing activities Strong knowledge of UAT processes and methodologies Experience working in regulated environments (banking or financial services is a plus) Familiar with Agile methodologies Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage changing priorities Fluent in English – written and spoken (mandatory) InnoWave gives equal opportunity in employment regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, or any other factor.
