We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee our IT & Infrastructure Services projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that support our technology infrastructure and IT services, ensuring alignment with business goals and processes. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
As the first point of contact for IT-related requests, you will assess incoming needs, define the scope, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and effective delivery. You will work closely with departments like Marketing, Engineering, Facilities, Product, and Security to deliver integrated technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation.

REQUIREMENTS



    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale IT programs and infrastructure projects.
    • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments.
    • Solid understanding of IT service workflows and request intake processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ITIL principles.
    • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or equivalent.
    • Proficient with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

      • Experience with portfolio/program reporting and stakeholder engagement.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern identity and access management.
      • Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, GDPR).
      • Knowledge of IT security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
      • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.

        Responsibilities


          • Own the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent IT and cross-functional programs—from initiation to delivery.



            • Ensure alignment of program objectives with IT and business goals.

            • Serve as the first point of contact for new IT projects or ticket requests.
            • Quickly assess scope, resourcing needs, impacted systems, cross-functional dependencies, and degree of IT Support.


              • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Engineering, Facilities, Security) to ensure projects have shared ownership and transparent communication.



                • Coordinate with technical leads to map out infrastructure needs, risks, and interdependencies early in the planning process.



                  • Provide timely updates to IT leadership and business stakeholders on program status, blockers, resource constraints, and key decisions.



                    • Identify and manage program risks, enforce governance and compliance, and champion change management best practices.



                      • Collaborate with the Director of IT and IT Manager to allocate resources, balance workloads, and support successful handoffs to operations.
