The contractor shall provide a full-time project manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. The project manager will assist the COR in planning and directing data management work using agile approaches to project management.

The Journey IT Project Manager shall have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline
• Five years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Experience increasing responsibilities in information and data systems design
• Experience in management and agile approaches to managing work
• Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Must provide examples of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, with documented success in improving project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience delivering geospatial data and software projects
