JBS Australia is looking for an IT Project Manager. This role is a critical role responsible for delivering high-impact projects that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence. This position will proactively manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery while collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company values, and supporting team members whenever needed. Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager includes (but not limited to):

- Partner with the Head of PMO to identify, prioritise, and deliver projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

- Oversee project planning, task assignments, resource allocation, and successful project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans to address changes while minimizing project impact.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team workplace by working closely with colleagues, leading by example, and being available to offer help when needed.

- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure fiscal accountability.

- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.

- Provide ongoing feedback, participate in lessons learned sessions, and drive process improvements within the PMO

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to PMO policies and processes.
