Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, produce status reports, and manage resources associated with various projects.
  • Manage one or more projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Guide teams and develop project plans while tracking daily project progress.
  • Identify resource needs, monitor project progress, and escalate functional, timeline, or quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources accordingly.
  • Oversee all project communications and manage budgets, scope, and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with management to provide direction, necessary support, and recommendations on optimal resource use to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure technical aspects and business processes are effectively integrated to meet the needs and requirements of different business units.
  • Build strong business relationships with partners and vendors to maximize their contributions and project outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in project management.
  • Work closely with all teams across the company
