We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead transformative projects from inception to successful completion. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity in every task and with service delivery teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Your ability to engage and manage stakeholders will be pivotal, as you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring their expectations are met and concerns addressed. Your tasks: Responsible management and coordination of IT activities for international projects of medium complexity, focusing on Supply Chain Management. This includes defining the project scope, solution design, scheduling and effort planning, including cost-benefit estimation, risk assessment, and stakeholder analysis as needed. Determining the appropriate project management method and organization and selecting IT project team members (in compliance with LEONI standards). Managing internal and external project participants and stakeholders in all matters, e.g., expectation management, information and reporting, change management. Close coordination with the business project manager with the goal of successful project implementation within the defined time, budget, and expected quality. Creating and presenting project progress reports as well as project documentation. Early identification of delays, risks, or other challenges, and defining and implementing appropriate measures. Willingness to share internal knowledge regarding best practices and experiences in the project environment. Qualifications Your skills: Minimum of 4 years of previous experience as a project manager working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams on multiple IT projects simultaneously (especially in the area of Supply Chain Management). Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of classical and agile project methods (PMP certification according to PMI or similar is an advantage) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project). Strong teamwork skills, networking, and appropriate communication skills across all hierarchy levels. High level of resilience, independence, and ability to prioritize your own capacity. Willingness for intercultural cooperation and willingness to travel domestically and abroad. Very good analytical skills, assertiveness, and intercultural sensitivity.
