Are you a proactive, problem-solving enthusiast with a knack for time management? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy guiding projects from start to finish? If so, we’d love to meet you! As our new Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading diverse projects to successful completion and contributing to our innovative initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in the US and the development team in Argentina.
  • 4-5 years of IT project management experience, with a strong preference for background in the healthcare software market or similar health IT services. Agile methodologies experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or other project-tracking platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively. Keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, managing scope, timelines, and costs effectively. Identify and handle out-of-scope requests appropriately.
  • Maintain clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors, and technical teams through emails, project documentation, Jira tasks, and meetings.
  • Participate in and collaborate on requirements gathering, understand client needs, and serve as the primary point of contact with the technical team. Assist in creating proposals and supporting business development efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, schedules, and costs.
  • Prepare closure reports, analyze project outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and allocate resources necessary for each project. Act as a facilitator to resolve any issues that arise within the project team.
  • Monitor project performance and provide updates to clients and internal leadership. Identify risks and escalate them to management for resolution.
  • Identify and present additional value opportunities to clients, contributing to the growth of existing accounts and the expansion of our services.
