Key Responsibilities

Lead the Group's IT operations, infrastructure and technology services.
Develop and drive IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee systems, networks, cybersecurity, data protection and IT infrastructure.
Drive system improvements, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead IT projects, system implementation and technology upgrades.
Identify and implement technology solutions that improve business efficiency.
Manage IT vendors, budgets and external technology partners.
Establish IT policies, controls, security standards and business continuity plans.
Lead, coach and develop the IT team.
Partner with HODs and senior management to deliver business-focused IT solutions.
