The successful candidate will bring strong IT project delivery experience, particularly across applications, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and people management capabilities.

• Lead the planning and execution of technology/ application projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with difficult stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues during project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources and priorities.
• Track and report on project progress, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously review processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and work across multi site as and when required
• Manage People, process and systems to identify best ways of working.
