Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall technology function across applications, infrastructure, IT operations and cybersecurity
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can improve operational performance and business outcomes
Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology-enabled process improvements
Oversee technology governance, risk management and cybersecurity practices
Manage technology projects and vendors to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement across technology operations
Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
Collaborate with regional technology teams to align local business priorities with broader technology roadmaps
Lead, coach and develop internal technology team members
