As our IT landscape grows in complexity, we are creating a new IT Project Manager role to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives that enable business goals and operational excellence. Your impact Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects (software, integrations, infrastructure and process automation) from initiation through deployment and benefits realisation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope and within budget. Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to translate business objectives into clear, prioritised project requirements and measurable outcomes. Manage project governance including project plans, risk and issue registers, budget tracking, change control and regular reporting to senior stakeholders. Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams including internal IT, external suppliers and business subject‑matter experts to ensure aligned delivery and handover into operations. Ensure quality by applying consistent project methodologies, defining acceptance criteria, driving testing and sign‑off, and monitoring post‑implementation performance against defined benefits. Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, contributing to standards and templates, and promoting best practice in project delivery across the organisation. What you bring Proven experience managing IT projects in a complex, multi‑functional organisation; experience in manufacturing or ERP programmes (IFS preferred) is an advantage. Strong understanding of systems integrations, data flows and the impact of technical changes on business processes. Demonstrable track record of delivering projects using formal project management methods (Prince2, PMI/PMBOK, Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and technical teams to drive consensus and clear decisions. Analytical and structured problem‑solver with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make transparent trade‑offs. Relevant professional qualification in project management or equivalent experience; experience with project tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar) is desirable.
