Description
  • Planning, management and successful implementation of IT projects and IT-related initiatives within the City of Hanau.
  • Requirements gathering and close coordination with specialist departments, IT departments and other project stakeholders
  • Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders as well as structured management of collaboration with service providers.
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans, work packages, resource plans, milestones and dependencies.
  • Monitoring project progress and actively managing risks, conflicting objectives, and escalations.
  • Ensuring targeted project communication and transparent reporting to stakeholders and management
  • Support for software implementations, system changes, cloud migrations, technical rollouts and operational transitions.
  • Coordination of tests, acceptances and handovers into operation
