Overview:
PepsiCo is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our PMO team in Cork for a 12 month contract.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. We are a Global Organization, situated in 16 locations across 9 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, from Initiation through Execution & Closure.
  • Manage project risks, stakeholder management, escalations, presenting to steering teams
  • Produce weekly status reports, governance decks and other project comms/updates
  • Produce comprehensive meeting minutes, action plans and manage follow up activities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure all updates are provided in a timely manner
  • Manage project pipelines and inter-dependencies at IT PMO/Portfolio forums
  • Adhere to Project Management Audit Controls

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of related IT Project Management experience leading projects.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and self-motivated drive for results.
  • Strong influencer while maintaining an appreciation for business challenges.
  • Experience in Project Lifecyle Methodology.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, stakeholder management, presenting to leadership teams.
  • Experience in Project Management tools (MS Project, Office 365 applications, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of IT Delivery projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage business complexity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Project Management qualification required (PMP or equivalent).

For the purposes of external advertising we have called this role an IT Project Manager. However please note that the internal job title the successful candidate will be IT Strat & Transf Analyst
