Job Description & Summary Join a team of over 30 Project Managers working with teams from PwC Poland, PwC UK and the WE and CEE regions. As a part of the PM team at PwC, you will have the opportunity to develop and benefit from the extensive experience of experts, as well as to have a real impact on the business goals achieved by PwC clients. We are looking for: IT Project Manager Your future role: Be truly responsible for the whole project delivery, Build relationships withing the project team and with stakeholders, Develop project plan, communicate and execute, Manage the project team, Measure, monitor and report at all levels. Apply if you have: Perfect communication and presentation skills, Positive thinking and problem-solving attitude, Experience in communication at the Partner or C-level, Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project, Manager or Delivery Manager for end-to-end software delivery, Project Manager role in a large consulting firm, Proven track record in delivering projects in an international environment, Large scale projects, Experience in using GenAI supporting project delivery, Practical knowledge of Scrum framework, Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (Prince 2, PMI, AGILE PM), Flexibility and willingness to undertake travel opportunities as part of the role, Proficient English language skills at least at a C1 level. Nice to have: Business orientation, Product Ownership experience, Change management experience.
