Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects on time and within budget. This fully remote role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a structured approach to managing complex projects. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements Manage project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile teams Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements Qualifications and Experience 4+ years of experience in IT or technology project management PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is advantageous Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred Salary: R55,000/month | 100% Remote
