ABOUT THIS POSITION

We’re looking for a structured, proactive, and calm-in-the-chaos IT Project Manager - Sales Platforms to lead the day-to-day delivery of our Salesforce implementation one of the most strategic tech initiatives in PFD’s recent history.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications - Sales Platforms, you’ll drive the execution of project plans, manage dependencies and risks, and coordinate a wide range of stakeholders from SMEs to system integrators. You’ll bring order to complexity, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, accountable, and progressing toward project milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and own the Salesforce delivery plan from end to end, ensuring on-time and in-scope execution.
• Schedule and facilitate workshops, sprints, and check-ins with business and technical stakeholders.
• Track risks, dependencies, and milestones, resolving issues before they escalate
• Keep everyone aligned, from internal teams to vendors, with clear communication and governance.
• Provide updates and insights to senior leaders, creating clarity at every stage of the project.
