Description:
IT Project Management
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular status meetings to provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, adjusting project plans as needed to ensure project goals are met.
- Document and manage project requirements, providing clear and actionable items to team members.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Track team performance metrics, helping to identify and remove any blockers or obstacles impacting progress.
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile best practices, working to continuously improve productivity and quality.
Product Ownership
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features according to business value and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and actionable product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders, communicating the product vision and roadmaps.
- Conduct user testing and validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure the product meets business requirements.
- Continuously refine and optimize the product backlog to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
