BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. 5 to 10 years as an IT Project Manager
• PMP Certification
• Prior experience with government clients.
• Clear and concise documentation, communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team, resolve interpersonal conflict, motivate, and develop team members, and influence stakeholders and key decision-makers.

• Work under the general direction of the PMO supervisor and/or manager as a Project Manager on assigned projects.
• Meet and work with customer business subject matter experts, system users, product owners and technical staff to develop project management documentation, plans and artifacts and any necessary supporting documentation that can be used to develop full project cost estimates.
• Participate in the PMO / PM group meetings.
• Record and capture hours that accurately reflect time spent on assigned work.
• Provide leadership for program/project
• Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes
• Create clear and attainable project/program objectives
• Manage program/project constraints of cost, time, and scope
• Form close links with team members and stakeholders
• Provide knowledge transfer
  Position is located in St. Paul, some onsite work is required, work from home available!!!
