Senior IT Project Manager, ERP Transformation and Beyond
At Sigma Technology ERP Advisory, we support companies through complex, business critical change. Our core focus is on ERP, but we also work extensively with the connected systems and processes around it, including AP automation, reporting, integration platforms, and master data management.
Many of our clients are in the mid or early stages of transformation, such as S/4HANA migrations, IFS rollouts, finance process automation, digital adoption, and broader modernization of their IT landscapes.
We are now looking to expand our team with experienced IT Project Managers who want to take a central role in making these transformations happen, and who are curious about what a more pragmatic, modern consulting firm might look like.

What you will do:

• Lead complex IT projects and programs, often with ERP systems like SAP, IFS, or Dynamics as the core platform
• Coordinate efforts across ERP and connected systems, such as finance automation, reporting tools, and integration solutions
• Navigate enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, and shifting priorities
• Bridge the gap between IT and business with structure, clarity, and a strong focus on delivery
• Own the full lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution, adoption, and value realization
• Contribute to how we work as a team, not just what we deliver

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects or programs in complex enterprise environments
• A strong track record of delivering ERP related initiatives, either as a consultant or from within an organization
• Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders, from line managers to executive leadership
• A structured mindset combined with the flexibility to adapt when things do not go as planned
• Extra value if you have worked with S/4HANA, IFS Cloud, or led international rollouts
