YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS LIKELY TO INCLUDE….

  • Proven success in delivering complex IT infrastructure and digital workplace projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT networks and digital workplace technologies.
  • Experience using PPM tools such as Triskell, MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with M365 and E5 licensing.
  • Agile project delivery experience or qualifications.
  • A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PPM.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a technical IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale, global infrastructure and digital workplace projects across Spirax Group. Reporting to the Group IT PMO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a matrix-managed role with no direct reports, but you’ll be coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders across the business. A technical background is crucial for this role.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • Leading multiple infrastructure and digital workplace projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborating with Group IT, Business Units, and Group Communications to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Managing internal IT staff, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure resource alignment.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with IT governance and security standards.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards across all project deliverables.
  • Communicating project progress clearly and consistently to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Supporting change management and communication plans to drive project adoption.
