Location: Louisville KY (Preference) or Remote- United States Shift: Full-Time (40–45 hours/week). Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required based on project needs. Key benefits include: * 100% employer-paid employee-only medical premium on our core plan * Competitive compensation and performance-based growth opportunities * Professional development and certification support As a Project Manager at Strategic Communications, you will play a key role within the PMO, leading enterprise technology initiatives, cloud solutions delivery, and strategic programs.   This role supports a mix of customer-facing delivery (Enterprise / Cloud Solutions) and internal initiatives, including go-to-market (GTM), product development, and technology transformation efforts.   The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional programs, cloud-based solutions, and complex stakeholder environments, with the ability to balance delivery execution, governance, and strategic coordination.   Experience operating in dynamic, high-growth or evolving program environments is highly valued. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Own and drive assigned projects and programs from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and objectives * Lead Enterprise and Cloud Solutions delivery efforts, coordinating across engineering, partners, and customer stakeholders * Support strategic initiatives such as go-to-market programs, product launches, and cloud transformation efforts * Develop and maintain project artifacts including schedules, status reporting, risk/issue logs, and executive summaries * Establish and manage cross-functional coordination across PMO, Engineering, Sales, Technology Strategy & Innovation, Product Development, and external partners * Drive governance and execution discipline, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and processes * Manage dependencies, risks, and evolving priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives * Facilitate stakeholder communication, aligning business objectives with execution plans * Support PMO maturity, including intake processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts * Contribute to program-level planning, including migration efforts, cloud adoption, and solution development initiatives Qualifications, Education and Experience: * 5–8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs  * Experience delivering Enterprise and/or Cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, SaaS, or similar)  * Experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives (GTM programs, product development, transformation efforts)  * Knowledge of/experience with project management related to infrastructure modernization, enterprise software deployments (VMware, Oracle or similar) * Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and business teams  * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment  * Familiarity with project governance, reporting, and portfolio-level coordination  * Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar)  * PMP or equivalent certification preferred  * Experience supporting cloud migrations, program launches, or solution development efforts strongly preferred  * Exposure to AWS programs (e.g., MAP, Migration Competency) is a plus * Ability to complete ISO 9001:2015 training within 90 days of hire   Key Competencies/Behaviors * Ownership mindset – takes initiative and drives outcomes with minimal oversight  * Strong stakeholder management – able to operate effectively across executive, technical, and business teams  * Cross-functional leadership – facilitates alignment across PMO, Engineering, Sales, Technology Strategy & Innovation, Change Management, and Product Development  * Communication – clear, structured, and confident in both written and verbal formats  * Strategic thinking – connects execution to broader business objectives  * Organizational discipline – maintains structure across multiple concurrent initiatives  * Adaptability – able to shift priorities and operate effectively in dynamic environments  * Integrity and accountability – operates with transparency and follows through on commitments  * Comfortable operating in both structured delivery environments and evolving, early-stage strategic initiatives  Screening Requirements: Background Check, Drug Testing, Preferred US Citizen capable of obtaining security clearance Physical Environment: Work is somewhat sedentary in nature but will require standing and walking for up to 25% of the time. The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are reasonable. Work is performed primarily in a virtual environment, with regular participation in meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional coordination.  Occasional travel may be required for customer engagements, workshops, or strategic initiatives.
