JOB DESCRIPTION (HEADING) / DESCRIPTION DU POSTE (TITRE)
- Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage complex IT projects while applying your extensive business analysis background to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You’ll play a critical role in transforming business requirements into actionable user stories and support quality assurance processes throughout the development lifecycle.

- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma)
- Experience with requirement management tools (IBM Rational RequisitePro, Modern Requirements, Jama)
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with insurance core systems (Policy Administration, Claims, Billing)
- Understanding of Business Process Modeling tools (Visio, Miro)
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, qTest, Zephyr)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities
- Adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (HEADING) / COMPÉTENCES (TITRE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management or Senior Business Analyst, with at least 5 years specifically in the insurance industry
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning to project management
- Extensive experience in Life insurance and HNW product development and enhancement projects
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into requirements then into technical specifications
- Deep knowledge on sprint backlog creation and prioritization
- Experience supporting QA teams with test case development and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
