Qualifications: -Meeting presentation and facilitation skills -Professional written and verbal communication -Attention to detail -Microsoft Project -Microsoft Office Suite -Maximo Application Suite (preferred) Knowledge: -Project Management practices based on PMI -Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project -Supply Chain Experience (preferred) -Maximo Software (preferred) Responsibilities:• Performs project management activities supporting multiple simultaneous projects following established CSU Technology Project Management processes and practices • Collaborates with project sponsor and operating departments to identify project objectives, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables • Leads project team by assembling appropriate technical and business personnel, assigning roles and responsibilities, builds and facilitates team cohesion • Develops project artifacts, to include but not limited to; requirements documentation, scope statements, project charters, project plans, cost estimates, technical specifications, schedules, status reports, project closure documents, lessons learned documentation • Tracks, monitors, analyzes and reports projects’ costs, schedule and scope status • Drives timely project activities, as well as efficient and cost-effective use of time, materials and resources • Identifies, tracks, assesses, communicates and resolves critical issues and potential risks to meet project objectives/deliverables • Prepares formal and informal project communications • Ensures projects are executed in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and codes and with company policies, procedures and standards.
