We are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join our team and work on Global Markets Operations projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production. Role and responsibilities Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program timeline and flagging risks before they become problems Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance and compliance standards Coordinate testing and deployment activities across IT teams, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure Communicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, and IT leadership Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from UAT through go-live handover to production support #LI-MNRK Qualifications 5 to 9 years of experience in IT project management within financial services, ideally covering operations or regulatory programs Hands-on Jira experience and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum; PMP is a plus Comfortable working across IT Business Analysts, Developers, and non-technical business stakeholders Familiar with back office or post-trade systems (Global Markets context is a strong plus) Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field Company’s Benefits At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Competitive salary between USD $100,000 - US$145,000 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
