*This is a 6-month contract to hire position
*Hybrid work environment. Onsite in southeast Austin 3 days per week.
The role is responsible for managing and coordinating technology projects across infrastructure, support services, and information security. This role ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, business analysis, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate under senior direction IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, security implementations, and support system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze project and system requirements for IT solutions.
• Coordinate vendor activities with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites for project documentation, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure SharePoint content governance, version control and document standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with IT support analysts, network engineers, and security professionals to align project goals with operational outputs.
• Ensure helpdesk, production systems, and information security functions are considered in project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management paired with business analysis, and a customer support mindset.
• Experience with or exposure managing IT infrastructure, operations and cybersecurity projects.
• Competence creating sites and managing content in SharePoint.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft project and task management tools such as Planner and Project.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations and applications development.
• Willingness to obtain relevant project management certifications is encouraged.
• Prior experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on site at least 3 times per week.
