This role is critical in driving strategic transformation, ensuring delivery excellence, and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared objectives. What You'll Do Lead End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and executive teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Manages Project budget, forecasting, resource management, Invoicing and required project finance activities. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly. Serve as Scrum Master (Agile) directly overseeing daily activities and ensuring alignment across distributed teams. Provide clear and timely updates on project status, dependencies, and decisions to all stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and process optimization. Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs What You Bring 10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise-scale environments. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and modern technology stacks. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization. Familiarity with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SAP S/4HANA). A self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team player. Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams. Nice to have: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments & strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
