Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of IT and process-related projects including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation;
  • Develop the organization with the help of various methods (e.g. classic, agile, hybrid) and concepts in interaction with cross-location and cross-functional teams;
  • Define together with the team the future processes for old system landscape SAP R3 and the new landscape SAP S4 and including non-SAP applications;
  • Define and coordinate the development and roll-out of IT projects in this area;
  • Communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and end-users;
  • Ensure proper data by structuring and organizing qualified data migration and cleaning projects;
  • Monitoring and controlling project performance, including identifying and resolving issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities, including optimizing existing processes, implementing new processes, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, company’s regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in IT purchasing tools (SAP, cloud solution) and purchasing processes is required;
  • Language: Advanced English (written and spoken);
  • License/Diploma in Business, Economics, IT or related field;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • A deep understanding of the business environment and industry trends, with the ability to align projects with business objectives and develop effective business cases;
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities;
  • Team oriented and able to delegate tasks;
  • Willingness to travel for projects;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented;
  • Interpersonal and intercultural understanding;
  • Self-determined and structured working style;
  • Highly motivated and engaged in work Orientation on goals, initiative, self-driven.
