Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Project Specialist located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the ACE G&A IT Sr. Manager the IT Project Specialist this role will provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Provides consultation to users involved with automated systems. Guides cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

What a typical day looks like:

• Conduct research and analysis on complex business problems and their solutions through automated systems.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
• Configure system parameters and options to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, creating specifications according to business requirements.
• Design and detail automation and technological systems.
• Provide consulting and support to users of automated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems issues.
• May take functional lead within projects assigned.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English.
• Mid experience in a similar position.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English skills for global support and effective communication in team meetings.
• Knowledge of programming in SQL, with intermediate skills in C#, Python, JavaScript, and .NET.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and its technological applications.
