Position : Full Time, Permanent
Salary : £25,500+ Company Bonus of up to 20% of monthly pay.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to our continued growth, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Technician to join our expanding IT department. This fast-paced role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their IT expertise and build a rewarding career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first & second line IT support, resolving user queries related to PCs, software (including Office suite), printers, phones, routers, and email. (1 year experience would be beneficial)
  • Assist with network configuration and physical network builds.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centre & Exchange, Office products, and network infrastructure configuration to optimize IT operations.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all work performed.
